Welcome to The Couture Girl's Closet
We are a Qualified Non-Profit Organization under 501c3 of the IRS code, that provides semi-formal and formal dresses to high school girls who are unable to purchase their own dresses for High School Events such as Homecoming, Winter Formal and Prom.
The Couture Girl's Closet has completed our 3rd year promoting self-confidence and celebrating beauty in an extraordinary fashion!
We are thrilled to say that approximately 600 students will now be able to attend their 2011 prom, thanks to the efforts of so many in our community.
We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the hundreds of women who have donated their gowns throughout the year, The Couture Girl's Closet would not possibly exist.
The Couture Girl's Closet recognizes that with each year, we grow and learn new things. If you would like to be a part of our evolution, we urge you to email us to volunteer and help to make this next Season our best event yet!
The Couture Girl's Closet will continue to accept donations year-round of homecoming, winter formal, prom, even bridesmaid dresses, all sizes, lengths, colors and styles. Accessory donations are also encouraged (shoes, evening bags, unused jewelry and make-up). Because we are a small, 100% volunteer organization, monetary donations are ALWAYS welcome, and needed to cover expenses of the daily operating costs of running the "Borrow Boutique", dry cleaning, items in the "Borrow Boutique" and purchasing dresses in size 16 and larger. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. (See IRS Publication 526)
Don't have a dress to donate, but still want to help? We now accept monetary donations online via a secure website.
We are currently supported by the ASB of area high schools and many local Temecula/Murrieta Businesses.
